Information on the right of withdrawal from a distance contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in our Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you came into possession of the goods, or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may send your statement to us at:

A sample withdrawal form is provided in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also attached to the Online Store Regulations. You may use this form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The provisions in this notice concerning consumers apply as of January 1, 2021, also to contracts concluded from that date with a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, if it follows from the content of the contract that it does not have a professional character for that person, in particular arising from the subject of their business activity, made available on the basis of the regulations on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).
