Information Clause
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”), I hereby inform you that:
The Controller of your personal data is “EKO-HIGIENA” M. KUZMA, I. BORKIEWICZ-KAAZ SPÓŁKA JAWNA with its registered office in Pleszew (63-300), ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 6A, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000884663, registry court keeping the company’s records: District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, REGON: 251588964, NIP: 6181973458.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting recruitment for the job position you applied for on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and/or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the processing of contact data and/or future recruitment processes based on your consent for the purpose specified therein.
The recipients of your personal data will be public authorities within the scope of their duties, as well as partners and employees of the Controller within the scope of their official responsibilities under authorization.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries/organizations.
Personal data will be processed until the recruitment process is completed, but no longer than three months from the date of CV submission. With the candidate’s consent, personal data will be processed for one year after the recruitment process for the purposes of future recruitments conducted by the Controller.
You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (formerly GIODO) if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide data required under the Labour Code will make it impossible to participate in recruitment.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, meaning that no decisions producing legal effects or similarly significantly affecting you will be based solely on automated processing of personal data.
Information Regarding Application Documents for Recruitment Purposes
Providing personal data in the CV is voluntary but necessary to conduct the recruitment process. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to carry out the recruitment procedure. Personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR). Therefore, if you wish to participate in the recruitment process, please include the following information in your CV:
“I hereby voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application documents I have provided, including sensitive data, by ‘EKO-HIGIENA’ M. KUZMA, I. BORKIEWICZ-KAAZ SPÓŁKA JAWNA with its registered office in Pleszew (63-300), ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 6A, for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, but no longer than for 3 months. The recipients of my data may be trusted entities cooperating with the Company under personal data processing agreements. I have been informed of my right to withdraw consent at any time. I have the right to request from the Controller access to my personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. . I have been informed of all my rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.”
If you wish to participate in future recruitment processes conducted by our company, please also include the following clause:
“I also voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application documents I have provided by ‘EKO-HIGIENA’ M. KUZMA, I. BORKIEWICZ-KAAZ SPÓŁKA JAWNA with its registered office in Pleszew (63-300), ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 6A, also for the purpose of future recruitment processes, but no longer than for 1 year. The recipients of my data may be trusted entities cooperating with the Company under personal data processing agreements. I have been informed of my right to withdraw consent at any time. I have the right to request from the Controller access to my personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
