This notice has been prepared to show that your personal data is processed but also secured in accordance with legal requirements regarding the principles of processing and safeguarding data, in particular, it is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

What data do we process?

We process personal data, meaning information that allows us to identify you. This data is collected as part of our business activities, for example your first and last name, phone number, or email address.

Who is the Controller of your personal data?

What is the purpose of processing your data?

We process this data:

to perform the contract and to the extent necessary to provide services,

for statistical purposes,

to offer commercial products,

for direct marketing, informing about promotions and the latest offers.

Your data will also be processed automatically, including profiling. Automated decision-making will take place through the assessment of factors concerning the profiled person, including gender, age, location, interests, personal preferences, and financial capabilities. The consequence of such processing will be the adjustment of marketing offers, rejection of a credit application, or individualized customer contact.

How long will we process your data?

We will process your data for as long as you consent. The maximum necessary processing period is 10 years, and for recruitment purposes, 1 year. If consent is withdrawn, the data will be deleted immediately, no later than 5 business days from the date of notification. This is the maximum time needed operationally to remove your data from our resources.

What are the legal bases for processing your data?

Each processing of your data must be based on a proper legal basis in accordance with applicable law. The legal basis for processing your data to provide services is the necessity to perform service contracts. Processing your data for marketing and promotional purposes and for analytical purposes will take place on the basis of your voluntary consent.

To whom can we disclose the data?

In accordance with applicable law, we may disclose your data to entities processing it on our behalf under a business contract, e.g. marketing agencies, subcontractors of our services, employees of the Controller, and entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities (only upon request with the relevant legal basis). At the same time, please note that your data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the territory of the European Union.

What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?

You have the right to request from the Data Controller access to your data, its rectification (updating), erasure, or restriction of its processing, as well as the right to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time and object to the processing of your data by the Controller.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (formerly GIODO) if you consider that our processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
